Product Capability

At Pax, we have extensive mixing and filling capabilities to cater for a wide range of continually changing product types. Some examples of these capabilities include various batch sizes ranging from 50L to 15,000L, contra rotating vacuum mixing, in-tank homogenizing, counter rotating scraper mixing, and USP-grade water, to name a few. Our aerosol technology capabilities include (but are not limited to) high-speed filling up to 300 cans per minute, bag on valve, under the cup filling, pressure filling, and a diverse range of propellants. For liquid filling, current capabilities include (but are not limited to) flammable liquid filling, designated TGA production lines, roll-on line, tube filling, tubs, pumps, sachets, hot fill, and bulk fill liquids ranging from 500ml to 1 tonne.
